Deposit and withdraw with clear details

AFUN Mexico: brand charactersAFUN · MEXICO

AFUN Mexico payment methods include help routes for SPEI, OXXOPAY, VISA, SafetyPay, Mercado Pago and USDT. Specific availability, minimums and maximums should appear in your cashier before confirmation. Keep examples and your budget in MXN; if you choose crypto, also check the asset amount and network.

Plan withdrawals from your first deposit: use your own details, keep receipts and complete any required identity checks. Being able to top up through a method does not mean you can cash out through the same route.

How to deposit without duplicating a transaction

  1. Log in and open the cashier from your account.
  2. Select the method and check the currency. Mexican pesos should be shown as MXN.
  3. Enter an amount consistent with your budget and displayed limits.
  4. Generate instructions and check whether the method has a payment deadline.
  5. Complete the transaction at your bank, store or wallet and save the receipt.
  6. Check your history before paying again if the balance takes time to update.

For example, if you intend to deposit $500 MXN, do not send $500 USD by reading only the $ symbol. Do not round instructions requiring an exact amount either: some reconciliation depends on amount and reference. If the cashier shows a fee, add it to your total budget.

A rejected transaction and a pending one require different actions. For the former, check whether your bank actually deducted money. For the latter, wait for the update or request clarification with the ID. Repeating payment can create two charges and will not speed up reconciliation of the first.

SPEI: bank, reference and receipt

Generate transfer details in your current session. Do not reuse a saved CLABE from a previous transaction without confirming it remains valid. Check the beneficiary and complete instructions; the description entered in your banking app does not always replace a required numerical reference.

If the bank confirms sending but AFUN does not show it, gather the date, amount, sending bank and tracking key. The Banco de México Electronic Payment Receipt lets you look up SPEI transfer information using the relevant details. A CEP helps document the banking transaction but does not replace reconciliation of the casino balance.

See the SPEI guide to distinguish a banking issue from a deposit awaiting allocation.

OXXOPAY: keep the reference and receipt

Open the cashier, choose OXXOPAY and generate a new reference. Check expiry, amount and instructions before paying. Keep the complete, legible receipt; photographing it avoids relying on thermal paper retaining its print.

Any store fee should be clear before handing over cash. Do not assume a reference can be reused or that a cash top-up enables an OXXO cashier withdrawal. To cash out, use only the methods shown in the withdrawal section.

If payment is pending, share the receipt only with official support through a private channel. Do not post it on social media: it may contain details that could be misused. The OXXOPAY guide explains the process and common errors.

Cards and wallets: ownership and authorization

With VISA or Mercado Pago, use a payment instrument in your name if the account conditions require it. Bank authorization and balance crediting are separate steps. A held transaction may appear in mobile banking before a final charge exists.

If authentication fails, return to the official channel and check bank notices. Do not share an SMS code, PIN or CVV with a supposed adviser on social media. Support may request an ID or receipt; that does not mean it needs your banking password.

USDT is not a peso-denominated deposit

USDT uses blockchain networks and specific addresses. Copy the address from the cashier and check that the sending network matches the supported network. A visually similar address or similarly named asset is not enough. Also check fees and the required minimum before sending.

If your budget is $1,000 MXN, calculate what you will pay to acquire and send the asset. Conversion, fees and the credited quantity may produce different amounts. Do not present a 50 USDT deposit as a fixed peso equivalent. Keep the hash to document the transaction.

Before requesting a withdrawal

Check that the account is verified, beneficiary details match and requested funds are withdrawable. Review open bets and active bonus conditions. A displayed total balance may include money still committed or subject to requirements.

There is no universal processing time for every method. Distinguish internal review from money being sent and finally credited by the bank. In AFUN withdrawals you will find how to interpret statuses and which details to keep for a query.

Calculate the full cost in MXN

Illustrative example: if you allocate $500 MXN to a deposit and the channel charges an additional $15 MXN, your total outlay is $515 MXN. Do not confuse that fee with a bonus deduction or a bet. Before confirming, compare the amount sent, total charge and expected balance; the $15 is only an example, not an AFUN fee.

Keep a simple record of date, amount, method and status. Do not deposit extra money to “unlock” supposed winnings following instructions from an unknown social media account. If you receive such a message, independently access support and verify the situation.
